Bio-Oil now available in Cagayan de Oro City

At last, after  visiting all Mercury Drugstores and Watson in Cagayan de Oro (which to no avail kept on telling me “sorry ma’am, it’s out of stock”) ,  finally I'm able to purchase my first Bio-Oil.
